Stop the clocks. Stop whatever you are doing and listen to this. I know its only a youtube link really, posted on ilikealot. But you know I have some 30 playlists on my youtube account with all kinds of great clips of music collected. Yet I only just discovered this one tonight.
And wow, what a line-up. Sadly, we lost Esbjorn Svensson (piano) and Michael Brecker (tenor sax) during recent years, one wonders if there will ever, ever be jazz players like this again.
I will post both part 1 and two. My advice to you, if you like music and you don't even have to be a jazz lover. Get a beer from the fridge, or whatever tickles your fancy, relax and just listen to ever note.
You will not be disappointed.
